Nice and Neat
Overall I stayed for just one night, and this is what you can expect from a business hotel to be: nice and neat, not much extras, but functional Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, as actually almost always in Singapore.

Nice Room; Bad Room Service
I got there before 5:00 pm and they said they would add an extra bed at 6:30 pm for us. When we returned at 10:30 pm, there was no extra bed. I called the room service and twice before they finally added the bed at mid-night. I found no teethbush and asked for it and they sent me the bushes after an hour at 1:00 am.

Outstanding Hotel
This hotel exceeded all expectations. As soon as I was dropped off by taxi, a trio of employees rushed up to greet me and helped with the luggages. Additionally, they were all very respectful, smiley, and always willing to help. There were a number of times that they would help me to get to places by showing me directions on a map and then giving me the map as well as providing some ideas of where to go and the best method for transportation. This has definitely by far been the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
