Not Impressed
Hotel staff (both at the front desk and the cleaning staff) were rude. Air conditioner in room broken (in July!), and no effort were made to remedy the situation.

Clean, Comfortable and Affordable
This hotel is nowhere near the historic district but it is on the tram line. It is very clean with great new and lofty bedding. The breakfast is very good and it is terrifically quiet. As a female who travels alone for business safety is very important and I was very comfortable being alone here.
