Good Hotel, But Not Great Service
I loved the buffet breakfast, the location is great, the room was comfortable, but the people at the front desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. I would still recommend the hotel highly as a great location in Santo Domingo.

Front desk personnel not very friendly
Our hotel stay was good. he front desk personnel wasnt friendly. The hotel itself is in a good condition. Our room smells to mold, the rest was fine. What is the best about the hotel is the location and the breakfast. The service in the restaurant is great. The food very good. They even have cappuchino and expressos as part of the breakfast.
