Staff over-the-top with assistance
Not only was the hotel itself excellent, but the staff was overly helpful with advice, directions, and other help.

Nice Hotel
This would be a good transit hotel because it is right by Westbanhoff, the train station, but it was a little bit of a walk to the museum district. It was right by a lot of shopping though, so if that’s what you are planning to do, then this is the hotel for you. The rooms were nice, but no aircon during the summer was not that pleasant. It wasn’t intolerable though. The breakfast was a nice buffet.

Best Hotel in Center of Vienna
Hotel is new, clean and built in the contemporary style. Located very closely to Vienna touristic attractions, as well as, shopping area. Good restaurant and friendly atmosphere. It is also close to affordable parking places if you are traveling by car (ask in hotel reception).
