Impeccable Service
I have no complaints about this hotel for the entire length of the three weeks my wife and I spent here. We came for three days and kept extending again and again due to the excellence in service delivery in every way. The internet is best on the first floor as opposed to the upper levels, but the upper levels are more fully finished in terms of use of wood accents etc. The location is a bit away from things, but it was perfect for us to have the quiet and the tram station directly in front took us to where we needed to go. A touch we really liked was the double windows with air space in between that completely blocked out the noise of the street and tram for perfect serenity during the stay. The exercise room was better than any we have seen in Istanbul but still small relative to the US. The rooms were properly cleaned every time, even as late as 4 PM. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Tramway directly in front of hotel took us to everywhere we needed to go.
Best time to go is between July and September.

i must say this was 1 of the best hotels in istanbul you rather pay a bit extra and go to the eresin hotel it will make your experience alot beta.it was very clean and the staff are very friendly
make sure you use the tram service saves alot of time and money

Nice hotel, but not really convenient
Hotel is a little too far away from where you want to be as a tourist! Furthermore as a 5 star hotel in a major European capital i would have expected more staff to speak a little English! Otherwise nice Hotel with excellent spa facilities. Beware of the bar prices, they are as high as i have seen anywhere in Europe!
