"Can’t wait to go back"
The location was wonder, we walked all around town for anything we needed or wanted to do or took the monorail. The hotel had Starbucks for breakfast, Ruth’s Chris for dinner or happy hour and sushi, they were all fantastic. The 20th floor was a great view, beautiful room and not your typical bed, this one was so comfortable I had a good night sleep every night. The only complaint would be no fan in the bathroom for shower time and wonderful husbands. I loved the gym, it had everything you could image and I could have spent all day there. We went there to relax and that is what the Grand Hyatt Seattle allowed us to do. The staff was pleasant and helpful and my husband was able to conduct business from there as if he never left California. I have never written a review for a hotel before but couldn’t pass the oportunity to thank this one for a wonder stay. We will be back!

Good Quality Downtown Hotel
The overall experience in the Hyatt was nice and the service met our expectations for a hotel of that price class. The view from our room in the 25th floor was fabulous and the bathroom very spacious. The Hyatt is most conviniently located in the citer center in walking distance of almost everything. The only drawback was the charge for internet access; for this price I expect this to be free. Another strange feature is the strong and unpleasant kitchen smell in the lobby.

The location is excellent but I found some dirt in the bathroom and a hair on the bed when I just got into the room. But I don’t usually mind those kinds of things, I did not complain about them. But when I stayed at the room right after early-check-in, one staff knocked on the door. But even I didn’t answer or opened the door, and even I came up the door to open as soon as I heard the knocking, suddenly she opened the door without notice. She might’ve come to check the room’s status, I felt little bad anyway. I wish the staff would’ve been more cautious.
