Not 5 star, but still good
We stayed in this hotel for a week. It’s a good hotel, but I wouldn’t classify it as "five star". The bathroom was cramped, the TV was an older, large tube model with a clunky remote and poor in-room video service. The in-room safe was cumbersome to use because the desk was so close to the cabinet the safe was in, the door would hit. This hotel seems to exist primarily to serve the people at the Kuwaiti embassy across the street. On the positive side, the location was excellent and the bed was large and comfortable.

Great location and right next door to Harvey Nichols and Harrods
Loved our stay, we were right next door to Hyde Park and great shopping including Harvey Nichols and Harrods, there were lots to do and just a short walk through the Park you reach Shepherd Market street and there is lots of pubs and restaurants right behind Hilton Hotel, if you like to try different kind of food try to eat at Al Hamra restaurant. It is also close to all this incredible museums.

BEST POSITION FOR SHOPPING AT HARVEY NICKS AND HARRODS!
This hotel is great - the rooms are interesting in shape, so it doesn’t feel like a bog-standard hotel room, the beds extremely comfortable with really good quality bed linen and pillows. The rooms have a good mini bar, but no tea making facility! The bathrooms were good with generous walk in shower and separate bath. The staff on all front desks, reception, conceirge were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The position of the hotel, next door to Harvey Nicols was great for our shopping trip.
