Don’t bother with this one in Aberdeen!
Dyce Skean Dhu - maybe OK back in the 1970s but definitely worth giving a miss in 2007! Hotel very tatty - last redecorated sometime in the 1980s? Masking tape holding together carpets in the communal areas! Staff very indifferent, even the manager! All seemed very young, although this shouldn’t matter. I called for the courtesy bus on arrival at Aberdeen Airport and was told that it was on its way. 5 - yes, 5 phonecalls and one hour 20 mins later I was still being told it would be there in another 10 mins. At this point I jumped in a cab and on arrival at the hotel presented the manager with the 7 quid bill (he paid!) He did say, however, that the courtesy bus was not available that day!!! Altogether disgraceful and I won’t be going back. Expedia, I recommend you drop this one!
