Stop searching because this is THE ONE
....by far the best choice we made throughout our entire 2-week vacation. From the moment we stepped into the walkway leading to the entrance, we knew we stepped into luxury. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. The room was very cleaned and styled very well. This was an EXCELLENT find.
Borrow a bike from the hotel...they have plenty available for guests to use.

Disappointing
On arrival we were given a lousy room with a view of a brick wall, windows that could not be opened (mechanism was broken), a toilet in the middle of a tiny bathroom, a shower in a tub hidden behind a wall - dark and slippery, a safe box that would not work. I dont need to go on, you get the picture. Next day we were transferred to a proper room but the stay left a lingering dissatisfaction. On the positive side, the staff were pleasant and the location was very good. For a hotel which is a member of the SLH, this was sub-par.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
