Courteous Staff for Bach Party
I had a group of friends coming in from out of town for our buddy’s bachelor party, so i reserved three rooms at the holiday inn. Upon checking in, I explained to the staff that i would like to have all three rooms together, and unfortunately they could only put two together. Instead of putting my room on another floor, the Asst Gen Mgr was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to the suite on that floor so i was able to stay with the party, still had two beds, and a fantastic gathering area for our friends. The staff was spectacular at accomodating us and being very helpful! Hotel was under construction so they halls reflected this, but the rooms were clean and well maintained, and everything was as expected. I needed a toothbrush and toothpaste in the morning, and the housekeeping staff was at my room in minutes to help.. Thank you Holiday Inn Downtown Detroit!

Everything but the Customer service was Okay!!!
The employees at the front desk did not know what they were doing. It took over 20 minutes to check in. They gave me 2 keys for the room and when I first got to the room the keys did not work. I went back down to the front desk and it took another 30 minutes just for them to reprogram the keys. There were kids running around the hallways slamming the doors yelling at all hours of the night well into the morning.
