Value for monry and more
Slightly tucked away in the centre of Oslo, this hotel is in perfect location and walking distance to all amenities, including the underground (2mins) and the airport bus (1 min). Breakfast has all the usual choices, incl. continental, English and the country’s pickled fish choices (that I like most). In-room free Wifi. I stayed in a single room, which was ok for size - they are never spacious.

Small but comfortable; great location
This hotel is a short walk from the train station. The room was small but adequate for one person. Breakfast was excellent. The convienent location offered a short walk to most of the sights I wanted to see, though some required the ferry (also a short walk away).

Cramped rooms
Hotel is centrally located and convenient for tourism. The area can be noisy at night; popular football pub on one side, bar/club on the other. Late-night drunks around in early hours on street at weekends. Main worry is that the double rooms are very cramped. Space barely adequate for a single bed, so a double is crammed right up against a wall on one side and with little space on the other.
