Room was nice, but a bit cramped. Great location, though.

Not impressed check in service
The reason I book of this hotel is because it is newly refurbished and breakfast is good from other comment. However, they gave and escorted us to a room small, dark, old, tatty and facing next building gutter view. Not So impressed! So, I said I am not happy this room which is completely different than what I have seem on the website. In the end, I said I come to celebrate my wedding anniversary and would like to have a better room. They changed it and upgrade to 6 floor but twin bed!! I put two together . I request double bed!!
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
We bought the Bergen card for 48 hours, Please don’t buy it again as it never save you money. It ONLY BREAK EVEN PROVIDE YOU GO TO MUSEUM. Then, if you like to go the Aqua animal museum, don’t take the boat ride, it cost too much and they may not pick you up at the time.
