Great value in Dublin

The decor was amazing. Looks much better than the pictures on the internet.Rooms were small but they had everything you needed. Location by Trinity was favorable. The only problem we had was that it was rather warm in Oct. for Ireland and we didnt have air conditioning. I would return and would highly recommend it to friends.

great location

This hotel has a great central location just round the corner from Trinity College and therefore easy to walk to all the usual interesting spots eg. Grafton St, Temple Bar, St Stephens Green and O’Connell St. Bar prices extortionate - almost 6 euros for a glass of lemonade! Didn’t eat in hotel, so can’t comment on quality of food. Lots of places nearby to eat, so not an issue. Would have been nice to have a chiller in room to keep juice and water. Liked the quirky decor and staff were all very friendly and helpful - would go back and would recommend to friends.

Easy access to everything

Overall I was pleased with my stay here. It was within easy walking distance of Trinity University, Grafton Street, National Museums, and Temple Bar. The bed was very comfortable and overall the room was quiet which was my main concern. My window overlooked the fire station, but it was never an issue as far as noise goes. One hiccup: When I booked the hotel there was a complimentary shuttle to the airport, but I was informed the day prior to leaving that shuttle service would be unavailable. I’m not sure if this was a temporary or permanent situation, so make sure to check before leaving. The hotel was accommodating in providing me information for catching another bus service.
