Less than impressed
Very ordinary hotel. If this has 4 stars Id hate to see what a 2 star hotel looked like! Room was decent, clean and tidy. There is a tiny, relatively expensive bar in a corridor! There is a reception with some reluctantly helpful staff - thats it!! Id have appreciated a "sorry" for twice having to come down and back up 6 floors because my keycard didnt work!

Not very happy
When I arrived in my room, I immediately looked for a book that would give you suggestions on restaraunts in the area, directions for their phones, etc. I checked all drawers and there was none to be found. I tried calling my friends in another room which I could not reach, so then I called 0 in hopes to reach the front desk. After that failed, I tried "1" out of desperation. I eventually went down the front desk to ask them about this. I was informed that "0" reaches an outside line and to reach the desk I need to dial "9". This hotel is far away from places to eat or drink. There are no vending/ice machines in the hotel. I went down to the bar to purchase some bottled water. After two trips to the desk to ask about the bar, I was informed that the person must be in the bathroom and they would be there shortly. After about 10 minutes of waiting I decided on water from the bathroom to quench my thirst. I did return to that bar a couple times that weekend to find it was still vacant.
