Good Location
The Una Hotel Mediterraneo was about one block from the Metro stop (Porta Romana) and had a very good American breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, cheese, coffee, cappucino, cereal, cake, muffins, juice, etc.). It was convenient to the Metro stop to get around the city.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL
Wouldn’t change a thing. This hotel is steps from the train station and the staff (all of which spoke PERFECT English) was more than happy to explain exactly how the subway worked, where to get off at, etc. Location was especially important to us because we saw much of Europe by train and the proximity to Milano Centrale was perfect. Hotel was very clean, very trendy and overall very accomodating. The staff, however, is what set this hotel apart from others.
