pretty good
it was a pleasant trip to Florence. The hotel is very good located - 5 minutes from the center and all interesting places. The concierge service was very good, friendly and warm. the only one fact is bother us - it is very bad sound isolation. Every night we know what is doing our neighbors from the left, right, above and down.

Convenient, friendly and comfortable
In the heart of Florence old city. Convenient walking distance within 10 minutes of all major sights and many restaurants. Helpful, friendly hotel staff. Quiet spacious rooms with comfortable firm beds, Buffet breakfast more than adequate.
