wasnt the nicest hotel for its star-rating, but relatively cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Awful
We walked in and the girl at the front dest was drinking a glass of wine and smoking. She really could care less if she were working or not. Uoin check in, she told us that we had two reservations, which is incorrect, and was not to be bothered about the situation and told us that we had to take care of it ourselves. Now, up to our room. The best word to describe the room would be awful! It was dirty, the bed was rock hard and the bathroom looked like a scene from a 70’s movie. It too was dirty with crud in the shower...we refused to use the shower. I would not stay here for free!! STAY AWAY. The best part is the neighborhood. Many shops and restaurants to choose from. Word of caution.....Switzerland is VERY EXPENSIVE! Food is terribly expensive, even at a cafe.
