Conveniently close to the beach. Very helpful in booking activities. Good value for families.

Needs a refurbishment
It seems that the whole of the Gold Coast is the same as this hotel. Tired, and in desperate need of a overhall. The front counter always seemed to be understaffed and quiet curt in their manner. We had a small issue and the assistant manager provided a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture. Our room which was a spa room with ocean views did not have any toiletries and we had to ask the following day. They finally arrived another day later.

Would love to go back!
My husband and I visited Australia for the first time April 24-May 4 for his work. We stayed at GCI for 4 nights. The staff was excellent and helped with anythng we asked. Our room overlooked the ocean that was beautiful. None of the hotels are ’on the beach’ in Surfers Paradise but close enough to walk. Just didn’t have enough time on the beach with him working. We had a fabulous time travling south towards Sydney!
