Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Very happy with our stay here and will definately come back. our stay here was pleasant and in a very convenient location.

Good Location to visit Hamburg
Only stayed the one night and facilities were as stated on the details. Bit difficult to find at first as tucked away oposite the Hamburg Museam and directions not great but once located it is a great location just minutes from the nightlife and transport links. Would stay there again as rooms clean and staff helpfull.

Good basic hotel
Excellent location five minutes walk from St Pauli U in one direction and quality shops in another. Pleasant little park across the road. Sound value for money. The hotel looks to be quite old and major work to the roof was being undertaken when we visited (September 2009). Hopefully, turnover will be enough to meet this cost and maintain standards for visitors. Decent buffet breakfast at 12.50 Euro. One tiny complaint - we had a late evening drink in the bar and the pleasant candlelit ambience was somewhat punctured by commercial radio playing through the speakers of the sort one is accustomed to hearing in mens barbers. We asked why appropriate music could not be played and were told that radio was the only available source of music - this needs changed quickly!
