Good basic hotel
Anyone familiar with travel lodge inns in the UK will be familair with this type of hotel. Good basic accomodation, howevr on its plus side it does have its own bar and breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit away from town but a brisk walk and you are in the centre or there is an Aldis not far away. Ambient noise was not bad even with the window open. All in all a cost effective business stay of a week.

CB Comfort Business Hotel
The hotel is no frills what-so-ever and there is nothing near the hotel to eat. However the hotel was comfortable even without AC, and very clean. The hotel was also located conveniently for commuting to Dusseldorf.
Traveller's tip
Be sure to pick up your bottled water or whatever you need for your room before you head back for the night. There are no stores or restaurants near by. However, was a nice surprise to find that the train that stops just two blocks from the hotel takes you straight into Cologne which is only a 1-hour ride and a must see if you’ve never been there.

No Frills - but is clean and comfortable - Swissotel better
Hotel is extreme no frills hotel. Very basic room without A/C - but there is a bathroom with shower. Hotel looks like office complex and sign is very small so keep eye out! I passed twice even with navigation! No restaurant, excpet for breakfast - but Dusseldorf and Neuss center have manynice places if you don’t mind driving. Swissotel on the rheinstrasse is much, much nicer if you can get similar rates. Be careful of swissotel food and drinks - the ultimate rip-off! Better off eating in town. Much better food and even though the restauants in towns are not cheap - are a bargain compared to swissotel!
