not great but not bad
on entering the car park it would be a good idea to advise on approach to go up to barrier and it lets you in. we were unsure on the barrier lifting - this is for older customers! the hotel room was very cold when entering and the air con was not very good, no radiator in the bathroom - not good in autumn and winter. the eating area also was very cold and the warm air did not warm it at all, so after an hour you just didn’t want to stay to eat cold food! the rooms are very clean and the food was good also staff very good.

Really Helpful Staff
Whilst a busy weekly business hotel, it doesn’t forget the leisure traveller at the weekend and offers superb quality of service, not just the front reception desk but right through to the Night Duty Staff who are fantastic!
