Well located stylish boutique hotel
Situated in the 1st arrondissement in Paris, minutes away from the Louvre, the Best Western Malte Opera was good value for money and ideal for a short stay (1-3 nights). The room and bathroom were fairly small (seemingly typical of 1-3 star Paris hotels) but comfortable and modern. The breakfast was not included and seemed quite expensive at 15 Euros, however there are plenty of cafes and bakeries to choose from nearby. The hotel offers a luggage holding service following check out, which allows for further sightseeing without the hassle of carrying around bags before a later departure.
There are an abundance of authentic Japanese restaurants in this area, which provides a refreshing change to traditional French cuisine. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice place to stay
The hotel is well located just a few blocks north of the Louvre and easily accesible to the Bourse Metro. The hotel was nice enough, with English speakers on the front desk and it was very clean throughout. Our room was very small, but we expected this. There is a very nice little deli beside it which had some good quick food, and there some other fine places to eat nearby. Overall I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice clean, friendly place to stay, but will not be spending too much time in their room as it is small.
