TINY
the rooms are tiny (which may be why they call it "pod") and one of the elevators was broken so if you were on a higher floor and didn’t want to walk down, your wait could be 10+ minutes. You must pay cash for breakfast and cannot charge it to your room, which was inconvenient. The hotel itself is clean and staff is friendly, but I am not sure I would stay there again.

Great Hotel
Excellent location near two subway lines. Very nice service, were allowed to check in early without any extra charges.

Very impressed
I can’t fault the POD hotel really, it was everything i expected. Very modern, clean and in a great location. We had a bunk bed room for 2 people. It was very small as I’d thought but had everything we needed. The showers were excellent, there was always at least 2 of the 4 bathrooms available whenever we needed to use them. The lift was a little slow but as we were on the fourth floor we used the stairs most of the time. The roof terrace was great, although only ventured up there once but a great place to look at the city and relax. This was the cheapest hotel i found in NYC and that made it an even better choice. I’d definitely stay there again the next time i go.
