Better than most...

But Indian restaurant was a complete comedy of errors. Dropped plates, mistaken orders, forgotten orders, late (As we were getting ready to leave...) orders, etc. I asked to speak to the Manager, but nobody even seemed to know who that was. The Continental/Chinese/Japanese restaurant was much, much better.

Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks

If you need a car, it is much cheaper to have one of the agencies at the airport provide it than to get it through the hotel. If you do get it through the hotel, INR1600 gets you a small sedan or hatchback for 10hrs with a maximum of 100km traveled. We did a 5hr day that went 40km and it ended up being INR1150 (Negotiated down to INR1100), so a full day seems the way to go.
