Paris in October
We were there the last week of October. Loved the hotel & convenient location. Only cautions were this late in the year there was no A/C (opening window cooled the room nicely) and the church on the opposite corner bells ringing at 7am. Well stay here again next trip.
Restaurants in the hotel (university) area are less expensive than those nearer tourist spots.

Just OK
Hotel staff was pleasant. The room was very small, (but clean) with no where to sit other than the bed. Each night, until at least 4 AM, there was a very loud drunken group of revelers out on the street in front of the hotel singing out-of-tune. (Earplugs a must.) Breakfast was average, expensive. Neighborhood was close to Metro and many sights.

Great Location!
Hotel has no bells and whistles, but its in a great location - about a block from Notre Dame. We like the location of our room. It faces the street and has a balcony-like window. You can feel the energy outside, but its not too noisy as the hotel is somewhat in an alley. The bathroom is remodeled and bedroom size is small, typical for a European hotel room. Hotel only gives you one key even if there are two of you. They then require you to leave the key with the front desk which is a little annoying. Their reasoning is the key is too expensive to replace. One more thing, the elevator is the smallest elevator Ive ever been in. It probably only fits 2 -3 people comfortably, but its part of the experience.
