Worst Staff I have ever met.....
The hotel is in a good location, and could be considered a good value for the money spent.....until you meet the staff.

Excellent experience.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of order during my stay, and the stairs up to my room and down to the breakfast room were pretty steep. Anyone who has a problem climbing stairs should check to confirm the elevator is working. Although it’s true there are balcony rooms overlooking trees in the square, my room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking a high rise building a block away, but it was very quiet for a center-of-town location. The location is excellent. Tram stops right in front of hotel, train station is two blocks away, and you can walk to anywhere in Nancy in less than an hour. Convenient to market, banks, shopping, and restaurantes. The accommodations are simple and trimings somewhat worn but everything very clean and well maintained. My shower is small and door so narrow some might not be able to fit in.
