bad service
I did fill a form out 2 days before i left for the manager to call me in my room no manager called , check in was delayed bt 20min no apoligie was given asked for irn and board took 45min paint was peeling of the bath while bathing tiles in bathroom need to be grouted went for breakfast waited to be seated the lady was more intrested in getting my signiture left without have any breakfast went to get a bar of chocolate from floor 4 the machine got the chocolate it was bad and very poor in colour my room was not made up untill 4-00pm sunday afternoon regards mr hilton

Not What I Expected
Stayed at the Protea Sea Point for 4 nights and was most disappointed... the room was nothing like the photos on the website. It was extremely small, worn out and shabby, awful bathroom. The one saving grace was that both tiny single beds were comfortable. Apparently there are some refurbished rooms in the hotel, but none were available the week I was there.
