Great for the price
This is a decent hotel for a good price. I had an 8th floor corner room and had a great view. The entrance/lobby aren’t that great - but a suitable place to sleep since you’re out in the city most of the day anyway.

Value for Money in Downtown New York
Due to its location in downtown New York and the quality of our room, the Broadway Plaza represented excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the area. It’s not the poshest hotel, but very clean and well maintained, with friendly staff. Our room was a decent size and very comfortable - the only minor downside was being next to the lit machinery room on the 8th floor! We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Good location
the location of the hotel was perfect for the purpose of my trip. The staff was very kind and very helpful.
