Good for what you pay
We stayed at Brussels Hotel for two nights during the summer and it was reasonable. The downsides were no a/c, old bedding, soggy matresses, and general dated decor. Also there was no actual shower head, the head was attached to a hose and had great pressue but there was no where to hang it so it had to be held. If you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to stay then its perfect, the tram is also right outside.

Needs a Great Deal of Improvement
The staff were very accommodating as well they should be because this property needs a major overhaul! Carpet was actually thread bare in places, pillows are larger on an airline. No AC in this (and many others in this city) hotel. The TV did not work (wanted to check the BBC for travel weather) the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and make sure you don’t end up with a room facing the street (noisy all night long). I guess Belgium’s idea of a 4 Star property is different than the rest of the world. Great city, lousy hotel.
