Unbelievable, personal service and unique dining
It would be difficult to match the level and quality of personal service that the Taj Coromandel provides. The amenities, including a unique South Indian restaurant, are also out-standing. One of the best five-star hotels, anywhere in the world, in which I have stayed.
Traveller's tip on dining
Try the unique South Indian items on the breakfast menu, including coffee prepared and served the special South Indian way. The included breakfast is a la carte in addition to the extensive buffet. But there are variations of the a la carte items that only a local would know about. Ask your server or maitre d’ for advice about additional varieties(of dosas,for example)if you are staying more than a day or two.
