Charming Inn great location
The Key Lime is a charming,serene oasis just a few blocks from the merriment of Duval Street. If you are a walker, you can park your car and walk to anywhere on the island in a half hour or so.

A good place to stay for the price.
Room was clean, beds comfortable enough, only 3 blocks from the main drag of Duval Street, but about 10 blocks to Sunset Beach, still very walkable. We did see little tiny ants in our room, not enough to make us move, but a nuisance. We reported them upon check out, but the desk person didn’t seem too interested in hearing about them.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
There are several beaches, but the best one was the State Park right beside the Military Base, very clean, shaded areas with picnic tables, vending, restrooms, etc.

Overall a lovely place to stay
The hotel was lovely, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable. The pool area was also well maintained and a great place to have breakfast (provided by the hotel) outside. However, the only drawback was the lack of bar/snack facilities at the hotel - which apart from breakfast was non existent. You were allowed however to have your own food etc in the bar area. The location was perfect for Duval Street and Schooner Wharf (less known, but check it out fab - good music bar and restaurants). If you go this is a great place to stay, and the staff at the Key Lime Inn were really helpful and friendly. Have fun!

Loads of places to eat, etc in Duval Street and Schooner Wharf, be careful though if you are not a big eater, the portions are quite large.
