We love this place!
We found this place two years ago and were excited to return to it. Its located on a one-block, pedestrian-only street, half a block from a fashionable shopping area, and a short walk from both La Muette and Passy Metro stations. During the day, the block is full of street vendors with fresh produce, meats, baked goods, etc. There is a nice cafe at one end of the block and a mini-mall with grocery store at the other. It is a typical European hotel--rooms are very small, not lush, but clean--and if youre spending more time exploring Paris than sitting in your room, its a great bargain.

A good value for the price!
I enjoyed the neighborhood very much, off the beaten tourist path. There are great restaurants and food shops in the area. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, but be prepared for tiny rooms!

Poor value for money
No doubt it may have something to do with the area of Paris (near the OECD HQ), but I found this hotel outrageously expensive for what you got. A room no more than 3*4 m, plus small batheroom, on the ground level, leading off a small courtyard. No security windows that you could leave open at night, so no ventuikation and stuffy. Bad lighting, no English TV channels, no mini-bar, ni internet and breakfast was extra - for which there was just coffee in the pot (nothing fresh), a few pastries and cereals.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
Good local bar and food at the end of the street
