They could do a lot more than they do

This was not a time share for us, it was not an exchange or anything of that sort. We chose a small kitchenet for the little conveniences, that’s all we needed. The hotel had place a small little basket with 1 mini paper container no bigger than1/2 of inch, of salt, pepper, sugar, powder cream and one coffee bag for 2 cups of coffee, most of these things are free in any place, but wrote on a note that this was done for one day only. That was for us tacky and cheap. I am sure that like us, most of the people had to buy in a store, salt, pepper, powder cream, sugar and of course coffee in bigger containers and like we did, leave them behind in the room. We use them max three times in the 5 days. It is a shame that a hotel when reserved not as an exchanged would do something like that. It’s the little things that make the difference. So I guess what they do is keep everything people buy, but never leave it for their guests.....We hope the maids took everything. Another thing is that they said they have internet services but charge you not only in your room but also at the lobby. That we found was terrible! AGAIN, IT IS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. SO NO, WE’LL NOT GO BACK. Expedia should have put in there that there will be a charge of internet services at this hotel

WILL GO AGAIN

Our stay was very good. The staff were very helpfull. We had a 1 bedroom unit and size was ample. Unit was cleaned daily. We did eat at each of the restaurants some of the time. The food we had was excellent. The beach area was clean and there were various sports to participate in. All things given, I would recommend this resort. Mike from Texas

Traveller's tip on local attractions

The hotel location is very accessible to all activities: going to town is a short ride by taxi (little less than $4US / bus is about $0.50US and has a/c. The restaurants in town and on the moutain offer a variety of foods. On the mountain you will see great sunsets. We have been going to PV for the past 23 years and have not regretted the time spent there.
