Not Impressed
I enjoy staying at 4* or better, hotels. This was a 3* and I stayed here, because it was the only hotel that could guaranty me two beds in a room. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but nothing great either. We did complain about a truck parked in handicapped parking, as I had to walk to another level and being disabled, was inconvenienced. Truck was ticketed but remained, so the following evening we asked that it be towed and it was, but we should not have to request it. It would have been done in a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Beyond my expectations of service
What a great buy compaired to the other motels & their prices. Sould be a 5 star rating. Very European decor, refreshing, front desk outstanding. Found a grocury store on Jasper around the corner. wine store , if into that, on 104th st. Bay dept. store just down the street SUbway is across the street. Is very close to downdown about 5 short blocks. very walkable. Shaw conferance center 7 blocks down JAsper. I would very much stay here again in a heartbeat & would recommend it to anybody single or in a group. Just so refreshing a hotel & outstanding in all ways
