Very Dissatisfied/Needs Tremendous Improvements
the room was very dirty, there were no amenities in the room upon checkin, did not get any housekeeping service - room was never cleaned during my entire stay, room condition was very poor, mattresses were old and torn, bugs and flies were flying around in the room.
