Location, Location, Location
Lord Elgin is within walking distance of everything! Museums, theatre, restaurants, bars, tourist attractions. Everything. Very attentive staff, and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.
Take the bus from downtown Ottawa to the Scotiabank Place to see the Senators. Great way to mix with the fans before and after the game!!! Bus also much cheaper than taxi.

Very satisfied
Stayed at the Lord Elgin for 3 nights in September. Got a good rate at Expedia and a top notch executive room. Large corner room. Booking came with breakfast, which was a buffet as well your own omelet made to order. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. This was a winner.
