Friendly Atmosphere
The hotel is in a great location close to everything the restaraunt has a fine menu and the rooms are spacious and clean the front desk people may have been a bit more friendlier but the other staff where great I would stay there again.
Near the river is a great place to eat and drink or meet your fiends there are many places and prices to choose from a took took driver will take you and wait for you very cheap and if you find a good driver he will usually keep and eye on you to make sure that you stay safe.and of coarse that another driver doesnt take his fare

You can do much better
All I can say positive about the hotel was they serve a good breakfast. But, if you are looking to stay in Phnom Pehn, you can find dozens of hotels or guest houses that are much cheaper, with better rooms and better service.
