They Stay was great, the check out process sucked
The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the food was great. The check-out process was a bit stressful. They were saying that the payment didn’t come through on behalf of expedia and tried to charge me twice.

Serendipity!
Extremely impressed with service and things to do. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 3 nights and can’t wait to go back. Although we went during Ramadan season, it wasn’t at all a problem. Alcoholic drinks were served after 7:30pm. We initially thought about staying at Burj Al Arab, but very glad we made the decision to go with Jumeirah Beach Hotel. There are buggies there that takes you around to nearby places, even Burj Al Arab for viewing. Over 20 restaurants and bars. My favorite place to eat was at the Latitude for a global buffet and an amazing dessert spread.
Traveller's tip on shopping
Highly recommend the Mall of Dubai...a four story maze. A dancing fountain outside , much like the one at Bellagio in Vegas, gives a view of the world’s tallest building.

Dubai gem
Great hotel complex. It has so many resturants to choose from all corners of the globe. Live music in bars. Excellent hotel staff.
Traveller's tip on dining
Staying during Ramadam is not a problem throughout the complex. But the shopping mall eateries are closed during the whole day until sun set (18:45hrs approx). Then there are great buffets that you can attend in the grounds.
