Noisy hotel dark rooms
Hotel needs refurbishment. Central location. very dark rooms. For the same price, I would recommend Ibis across the road.

Nice Friendly Hotel room a bit unclean
Although our stay was brilliant and the service was first class, we were a bit disappointed to find empty sugar tubes in amongst the complimentary ones. The room itself was very comfortable, and the beds were faultless. All service downstairs was excellent and although we did not dine in we were offered drinks in the bar one evening. The only other complaint we have is that the shower was broken so we were unable to use it, as it had no dial. Overall though we would return.
Very close to all amenities, only a short walk to all the shops, and many restaurants and bars to chose from. The hotel also offer a deal with a local gym, which was excellent and only round the corner.

Fine and friendly hotel but a lot of traffic noise
I stayed in Manchester for a conference. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was spacious, comfortable and came with free wireless internet. The bathroom was clean, a little dated. The breakfast was fine. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel is at a very busy street with a lot of traffic almost all night and makes it very noisy.
