Excellent Hotel complex
Fab holiday, staff wonderful, very obliging and friendly.Excellent choice for breakfast, however Tea a little cold for we Brits. Seaview room at Cleopatra wonderful, both main pools clean and plenty of sunbeds available. No Need to rush out and save a bed.Med Hotel pool more action during the day if thats what you require, poolside activities, however if its relaxing you require use the the Roman pool which is smaller but beautiful. A wonderful place right in the the centre of the resort but quiet and peaceful.
Visit the Magic bar under the Pyramid for a late night drink, great atmoshpere especially Sat night. Good singer and plenty of dancing all ages welcome.

Great stay
This hotel is really a complex of five hotels that more or less imitates the Caesars Palace concept of tacky statues etc. Once beyond that first impression everything in that complex is superb. Parking is free and within easy access of the check in area...they park your car and manage your luggage while you enjoy a welcome cava. The rooms are comfortable and those over the water are outstanding. The staff are consistently the best of most place we have been...great service without hovering over you at all levels. Wireless Internet connection is available for a fee throughout the complex, but is weak in the Cleopatra building. The food is tremendous for both breakfast and dinner. There are numerous restaurants and bars within the complex and on the beach. There are lots of great bars and restaurants in the area so one is not restricted to the complex. Most are within walking distance. They have a private beach club and three large pools. Entertainment is in the complex nightly along with a stage show. The Mediterranean complex may be a little crowded but the Cleopatra side is outstanding...we will go back to the Canaries next year from Madrid, but Air Europa will begin flying MIA to TFN to make access from NA easier. This was definitely a great stop.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you fly to TFN, rent a car online and drive around the island. Ferry service and air service is available to the rest of the islands...if you can get yourself off the beach.
