Excellent service, well situated
We’ve used the hotel three times in the past six weeks and each time we have found the standards to be excellent for a three star hotel. The room rates tend to be fairly competitive and the hotel is well situated on the bank of the River Nervion. We shall go back!

Cheap but borderline cheerless
Good value for the location which is pretty much halfway between the Gugg and the Old Town. However our room and pretty much the whole floor it was on (4th) was crying out for a refurb, with worn carpets and marks and stains being the general look. If you’re looking for a cheap place to crash when not out and about then it’s a good choice.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
There’s a couple of small supermarkets in the area behind the hotel which are great for food and drink on the cheap.

Excellent
We stayed for 2 nights and chose the location as it is so near the Guggenheim and the port (for our return journey). Reception staff were very helpful, room was extremely clean and comfortable. We did not try breakfast, so cannot comment on value for money here. We only had a motorbike so parking was fairly resonable, may be expensive if you take a car. Location also very good for old part of town - lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.
