Difficult to say
A really nice location - very quiet - we were shown 2 rooms which were pretty dark and not very nice so we said we would rather move on. Suddenly we were then shown a room on the front of the hotel which was much nicer. When we had been in the room for half an hour or so we noticed that it was starting to look a bit tired. The hot tap in the bathroom didnt work - there was a big damp stain on the ceiling - the tv could only get 3 channels - no tea or coffee in the room (although one speedily appeared on request) - the bath was pretty mouldy - The bed wasnt great. These are the bad things. The service was perfect - the location was great - the food was excellent - excellent peace and quiet. Plumbing let it down as did the fittings in the room - this place could be superb with a good old makeover.
