OK, but no more
Room very dated /small and no aircon - heating too overbearing, so slept with window open and suffered from traffic noise. They were really good though in sending me my glases that I’d left in the bathroom on checkout.

Great location for the Royal Albert Hall
The room was very nice. The hairdryer in the bathroom was terrible. The beds were lumpy. Roomservice was good. Restaurant was expensive.

Excellent location near Albert Hall
Excellent location near Albert Hall; friendly staff - sorted a request for an extra mirror in minutes. Will use again. Pretty good value. 10 minutes walk from the tube, but we got a taxi!
