Invited to go back again.
Very clean. Free airport transfer. Good attention from the Staf. Pool nice, clean and warm water. Good buffet breakfast. Terminal buses and Metro near by. I will stay there again in the future.

ITS O.K , VERY UNWELCOMING STAFF...
The hotel is located in a shopping area, good access to all of dubai. Breakfast is o.k standard. Rooms not cleaned very well. Front desk staff are so miserable, virtually have no sense of humour, they give you the impression ’we don’t want to talk to you’. when they do speak to you very arrogant, speak little english. If they can sort the front desk out, maybe re-training them, I would consider going again.

Not impressed.
The staff were very helpful and were very nice. The hotel was quite basic. There was a telephone outside my room in the hallway on the 3rd floor which rang during the day and night which I found really annoying. I couldn’t watch tv because there wasn’t a good reception. Breakfast was almost the same everyday and it wasn’t that nice. I asked for an iron and ironing board. The first person I asked had forgotten, so I asked again and I was brought an iron and a sheet - no ironing board. I was told I would get an ironing board, but one never came. The locals in Bur Dubai stared at me as though they have never seen a woman in their entire lives. If you want a basic, cheap hotel, then that is what you’re going to get.
