Friendly and well located
If you have a family or just want to be in Riva, you cant fault this place. The staff are extremely friendly and all speak excellent English. The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard as are the communal facilities. The pool is a good size and the location is close to the town and the lake. Parking is good. If you are seeking a hotel that has a traditional look and feel, maybe investigate the pictures further, but this is more a Riva issue than the hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel.
Good place for families as there is a kids’ room and the staff pay lots of attention to the children.

Friendly staff and great facilities
Stayed here for a week during June 2008 and found it a clean and comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, and good location only 10 mins walk from the centre of Riva. Particularly enjoyed having breakfast outside and looking over the mountains.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Lake Garda changes quite dramatically from the top to the bottom of the lake - from alpine to more mediterranean surroundings and also seemed much busier in the more southern resorts. Get a boat trip to visit other towns, and also make sure to take the cable car up the mountains at Malcesine.

stunning
modern hotel with extremely beautiful view from the windows (mountains surrounding the Garda lake). Attractions available both to grown ups and children (swimming pol, play area, nice rastaurant).
