Good hotel - poor reception staff
On arrival at the Protea the male receptionist was unfriendly to the point of being rude - he did not communIcate more than a sentence and as quite dismissive of the 4 of us. On leaving it was teh samwe, in fact no words wwere spoken, we were just benn processed by rude reception staff. However, the bar steward who served us drink and food was exceptionally good and helpful - and mad us feel valued as customers, as did the breakfast staff. The hotel is a great location and modern and comfortable - pity about your front of house staff. hOEVER

Excellent hotel very friendly staff, nice location next to lake, and an extensive shopping mall.

The only problem we had
The only problem was sorting out the traffic pattern. The resturant was good and the staff exceptionally helpful
