Great location in Antwerp
Very great location if you come in by train as it is literally feet away from the train station. I found some hair in the shower so it’s not the cleanest, but other than that I was extremely satisfied. I believe breakfast is served downstairs though I didn’t take advantage of it and there are many restaurants around. Ask the hotel for recommendations however as some things can close very early in Antwerp.

Not impressed
Staff and management have no skill in services. They were unapologetic about giving us a room with a broken shower (we had a cold shower). They couldn’t provide us with a baby cod because housekeeping left for the day and it was 4pm on a Saturday! We left behind our daughter’s cuddly toy. We called them and reported and never heard back from the management.

Ok Location- Dirty
The hotel staff seemed disoriented, the room smelled bad, things were broken. It was just bad.
