Good Hotel Value
Hotel services were good. Free Internet. Breakfast was good-restaurant was good the time we used it rather than go elsewhere. Was within walking distance of train station-important during not very warm December. Was unhappy did not have telephone transformer, but was assisted elsewhere. Would consider the hotel on future stays in Kristiansand and do recommend it to others.
The hotel room was sufficient for family of couple and 2 children (were only 2 of us staying there). Parking facilities appeared sufficient and convenient-did not have car this stay.

Clean Comfortable Hotel
Great value for money, very friendly and helpfull staff. The Egon Restaurant provided very good food at reasonable prices. Room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. Parking is extra but part of the hotel complex so no long walks.
