Nice room in nice location
The hotel was very nice with large, comfortable rooms. It is in a good location for walking around the town centre. Whilst the service was mixed, breakfast was a definite good point. I did think it seemed a bit pricey for what you got.

Fun part of town
Scenic and near nightlife and best restaurants. Simple but helpful and well equiped for service. Value for Money is good SAS Pilots stay there.

Beautiful location and a wonderful hotel
I found the staff very helpful and willing to help you. The room we had in the hotel had fantasitic views of the canal and the sea, so you could see all the comings and goings of a busy little harbour.The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean.The food was excellent also giving you chance to try something norwegian.I would highly reccomend this hotel.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
There is a trip you can take on the steam cruiser which travels up the fjords to gerringer.The scenery is fantastic and well worth doing.The local transport is very good and all the bus drivers i found very helpfull.
