Great hotel, fantastic rooms, high ceilings, wonderful amenities like pool, excellent location. We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

Excellent base to stay for seeing the city
Excellent location. Good size family room with seperate bedrooms. Superb breakfast . Even had the Allblacks staying excellent!!!!

Early Morning Check-in
After my 14 hour flight, I arrived at this hotel in Auckland at 8:00 am. They said that I was far too early for check-in, but that they would be happy to accomodate me and let me check-in, anyway. The front desk said the spectacular, habor-view room I would enjoy wouldn’t be available for another hour so they suggested I go to the roof-top pool while they sent breakfast up to me. They even provided space for me to quickly get a swimsuit from my luggage before they collected it to be delievered to my room. I then heard her call housekeeping and say that the room I was to move into was now #1 priority to get ready. Now that’s what I call service.
